The service
WikiTaka presents reading material from Wikipedia in a personalised feed, with optional accounts, gamification and community suggestions. The service is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind; we may change or discontinue features at any time.
Content
Article content comes from Wikipedia and is licensed CC BY-SA 4.0 by its authors; attribution and a link to the source accompany every article. WikiTaka is not affiliated with or endorsed by the Wikimedia Foundation. Quiz questions are AI-generated and may contain errors: they are a game, not a source of truth.
Your published content
Publishing a journey or a collection creates an anonymous public page anyone with the link can view; the most-visited published pages may be ranked on a public chart, with a link-only option in the share menu to stay out of it. Published content must respect these terms; we may moderate or remove it, and you can unpublish yours at any time.
Affiliate links
Some article pages may show clearly labeled affiliate links to external retailers. If you buy through them, WikiTaka may earn a commission at no extra cost to you.
Acceptable use
Do not abuse the service: no scraping at rates that harm the service or Wikipedia, no attempts to break authentication or rate limits, no offensive nicknames, and no suggestion spam. We may moderate content and restrict or remove accounts that break these rules.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WikiTaka is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Encyclopedia content may contain errors: verify important facts at the source.
